The Constitution demands that citizens be protected from foreign invasion.
The oaths taken by politicians demand that they uphold the constitution, uphold the laws of the land and Protect Citizens from foreign invasion.
Sense 1986, Politicians and special interest groups have pushed for Amnesty for
illegal aliens who have come illegally over our border that is not secure and evidently has been allowed to be not secure. Hiring laws and immigration laws have purposely been minimally enforced if enforced at all.
Politicians have conspired to promise securing the borders in 1986 and fully enforcing hiring laws and immigration laws IF the Citizens of the US allowed Amnesty for 3 Million illegal aliens at that time. Amnesty was given but the rest of the promises were never kept to this date and was the intent from conception of the Amnesty bill.
Do to the lack of enforcement set up by politicians sense 1986, an army of 20 MILLION foreign nationals have crossed our borders illegally and set up camp within our communities.
They have dipped into our Social Service programs, Social Security Benefits caused
insurance rates to climb in covering traffic accidents and medical cost. Their use of free delivery services at mainly US border community hospitals have cause many hospitals to drop delivery services altogether because of the cost illegal mothers are placing on Hospital budgets. They have added to the cost of incarceration, city and school budgets, vote illegally and the list goes on..
45,000 (low estimate) of US Citizens have been killed by this army of invaders in traffic accidents and murders sense the terrorist attacked the World Trade Center on 9-11. This Army of invaders has been more successful in killing a number equal to that who perished in the 9-11 attack but also ALL the troops lost to date in Iraq and Afghanistan put together. Pretty good job this Army is doing on us and we are paying to have it done. That's because our politicians set it up so we have to pay for it through welfare, educational, medical and other benefits..
NOW our politicians are reloading the 1986 Amnesty promises in S.1348 and trying to resell it again to us. Grassroots movement of Citizens who clearly by ALL POLES taken numbering from 70% to 98% depending on how the poles are worded are AGAINST any form of Amnesty and Guest worker programs. This movement has been active in letting Senators know by E-mail, faxes, phone calls, letters and television advertisement that they what NO AMNESTY or GUEST WORKER programs approved. PERIOD..
Most Senators listened to this outcry against S.1348 and voted NO to cloture and thereby forced it off the floor of the Senate.
The President being DEAF to the WILL OF THE PEOPLE is now brow beating Republican
Senators with absurd promises if they will support S. 1348 when it is re-introduced in the Senate Next week and absurd threats if they don't support it.
Because of all this evident disregard for the will of the People, their failure sense 1986 to secure our borders even after the 9-11 terrorist attack. Their breaking of their oaths of office to uphold the Constitution, Laws of the land and from foreign invasion. Their working behind closed doors away from public view and policing to make deals to pass an amnesty bill and working with foreign governments for a North American Union and other concessions degrading our sovereignty, self determination and Constitutional representation have all been to the detriment of US Citizens and is TREASON.
I therefore call on the Supreme Court of the United States to take the unprecedented steps to force an independent Justice Dept. investigation into acts by public officials sense 1986 to date in all aspects of Amnesty, borders security, failure to enforce immigration laws, hiring laws. Failure to complete provisions of immigration and border security in past and recent bills that have been signed into law. To investigate possible unconstitutional dealing with foreign governments in setting up a future American Trade Union.
Let us see if the Checks and balances of our Government still works or if it too has been compromised.
