Please tell me how this illegal invasion over mainly our southern border is different than an armed invasion...
They have killed thru auto accidents, murders etc more US Citizens than we have lost in the towers of 9-11 and the soldiers lost in Iraq and Afghanistan put together so far. Approx 45,000 deaths directly from the hands of illegal aliens, not counting deaths and injuries from drug overdose furnished by illegal aliens...
Tell me how we have to have this cheap labor to harvest our crops and Americans will not do these jobs?
Prior to 1965 when the disastrous Immigration Bill was passed, there was very little immigration. In fact, between 1925 and 1965, there was even a period of net emigration out of the United States. During this time, our grass was getting cut, our meat was being packed, our children were being watched, our crops were being harvested and our houses were being cleaned. The idea that somehow we suddenly can't run a country without an unlimited supply of foreigners is absurd.
Americans won't allow themselves to be exploited like illegals do, but they WILL do the work that illegals do for fair compensation and benefits. If Americans did the work that illegals do at higher pay, would that benefit the consumer? You bet it would in the long run. Their pay would be on the table and taxed not under the table...
Now tell me again why an army of foreign nationals numbering in the MILLIONS have been able to cross our borders unchallenged in an era of post Terrorist attack and continuing threat. Illegally being given jobs, Social Services etc etc.. Killing Citizens thru crime or Accidents. Driving up Insurance cost. Incarceration
cost, law enforcement cost. Property damage cost mainly along border areas...
Again, why was it that we failed to throw them back across the border as we would any invading army.
Tell me again why elected officials do not have to repel this invasion as called for in their oath of office..
Tell me why elected officials who are activily helping this invading army get what they want should not be seen as TRAITORS...
Tell me again why our laws have to be changed to accomendate this invading foreign army of gleaners..
Tell me again why I should look on my television and watch our flag be sat on, flown upside down and disrespected by members of this invading army who fly their foreign flag held high while demanding I give them what they want and I should pay for what they take and that I am the foreigner not them, that I don’t belong here and being called a RACIST because I appose their occupation of my land... Tell me again why I should have to endure the cost thru taxation to subsidize their occupation of our land...
Tell me again why Social Security has not been made sustainable but yet we can give what remains away to this invading army.

As long as shop owners and the cities are getting cleared for cheap the government doesn’t care. illegal are a part of the use now if we try to take them all out of here it would take to long and to much money the only thing that would get them out of here fast would to be take away they work.
This article makes a few good points. I do believe we would be able to function with all the immigrants gone it would just take more of an effort and more money to get Americans to do these jobs. I don't see them as an unarmed army though because they are basically comming over to help their families and to get better lives for themselves. They come over here illegally because it takes too long to become legal.
This is absolutly true. Illegal immigrants should be thrown back over the border before while they await citizenship. I agree that they are taking American jobs away from citizens in this country. I also agree that we are paying higher taxes because of illegal immigrants. We pay higher taxes for medicare and medicade...that some of us don't even need, we pay for jails to be built because a lot of illegal immigrants come into this country and commit crimes, and we are paying higher taxes so they do not have to and so they can live free and easy...this is why Americans get the title "lazy Americans" because we have people coming over here and stealing American jobs and living for free basically.
This article is correct in so many ways. Illegal immigrants come here expecting us to take care of them, however they refuse to follow laws that have been in place for decades. Why should they not be held accountable for their actions, when citizens who are here legally, are held accountable. This seems ridiculous to me. It's unbelievable that the government would let them get away with this type of behavior, and at the same time tell us that they are doing all they can to enforce national security.
I speculate that we as U.S citizens can survive without illegal immigrants. Although, I know some people that wouldn't do what "they" do. But on the other hand, these "aliens" are causing a lot of trouble and a lot of money.
This is so true. Why should this army of illegals get a free ride that others have to pay for? These illegals should stop taking the jobs that many of unemployed Americans would be happy to take.
Think back to before all of the illegal immigration, america seemed to get by just fine with legal citizens picking up jobs. Also the unemployment rate was not at the enormous figure it seems to be now. But with the swarms of illegals coming in we have been forced to create more job oppurtunities, healthcare plans, and ways to make up for the tax free lives these people are leading. Why would you allow somebody to take all of the things that you have worked hard for while all they had to do was move to another more enriched society??? It is extremely ridiculous and makes no sense what so ever.
I agree with this article 100%. Illegal immigrants should not get a hand out that is being taken for citizens to give to illegal immigrants. They should have to get through the process of becoming a citizen just like Europeans who can't just jump a border.
I am so sick of hearing how much this or that will increase in cost if we get rid of illegal workers. BS.... Everything they do at a cheaper wage is made up in the increased cost of social services, incarceration cost, cost to our school systems in providing services for them alone, health insurance cost do to hospitals charging more to cover free services given to illegal workers. Believe me, it would cost more to the farmer or other employer to get an American Citizen to do the same job, but that citizen then would not have to have his low wage subsidized by all of the above services.. you will pay the same overall for your lettuce or gardening or what ever the difference is that a citizen will have a job not an illegal invader. Americans will do the jobs given a fair livable wage. One that does not require handouts as an addendum to it.
Ya, farmers get away with paying minimal wages knowing that the rest of the needs of the workers will be provided by our society.
Cool set up for business, lobby for years to keep minimum wage down, hire illegal workers at rock bottom level, treat them like ya want cause who are they going to tell. Let our society take care of all the needs they cannot afford because of the wages being paid. sweet deal for business....

this article makes very much sense to me for many reasons..America says that we do not want illegal immigrants here and yet we accommodate and enable them to come in and stay. By creating things in their language to help them get what they need and handing them jobs to support themselves and stay here so on and so on..I think this person has done a great job expressing their feelings and most things that they said I agreed to.

There is one this I disagree with. Illegal immigrants are a source of cheap labor here in America. I think they are taking jobs that Americans could be having, but I do not think it would be right for us to raise they pay for the American citizens. If Americans want those jobs, they need to accept them as low paying labor. The reason that immigrants do these jobs is because American citizens don’t want them. But illegal immigrants should not be granted the right to work these jobs. I think immigrants need to be legal to get a job in America.
