There is a new article by Robert Berger by VOA news that says there are 61 Israeli lawmakers protesting Ehud Olmert’s possible division of Jerusalem. This is absolutely wonderful! They should protest the division of their land. They should fight for their land. It is their God-given right and their God-given heritage.
Mr. Edud Olmert is going to do something wrong, which is the division of Jerusalem. And Berger is absolutely correct, if Mr. Ehud Olmert continues in his plan, his coalition government will collapse.
There is no way to appease the Palestinians if they have not been appeased until now. They are reminiscent of totalitarian governments during right before World War II, thinking that they can get anything they want by intimidation and violence.
It’s a miracle, then, that the 61 Israeli lawmakers have gathered together and intervened to protect their land! Psalm 25:22 Redeem Israel, O God, out of all his troubles.
