Dear America, We just wanted to send you a small thank you note and to encourage you to stay the course. At the present time you are helping us to gain power and influence in the world where you were once the dominant power. We realize that our present relationship will end in conflict, but not just yet.
We would ask that you please continue to ignore American made products and to buy the Chinese alternative instead. This will expedite the transfer of your countries wealth to our glorious Peoples Republic Of China. You have really made becoming an economic super power very easy. We force our people to work for just pennies an hour so that you can have all the inexpensive junk that your little hearts desire. In turn, you consume everything we make. We really are amazed. It seems there is no limit to what you will buy from us, no matter how cheaply its made.
We have noticed lately that all your manufacturing jobs have been transfered over here. Again we thank you for not buying American made products, because if you had, we would not have gotten your jobs. After all we need them more than you do, how else could we support a failed political philosophy like Communism? We couldn't, not with out your help.
And lastly, we would like to thank your big discount chains for driving all the individual family businesses and the independent craftsman out of business. We really could not have done it with out them. Oh and by the way if you need to drive down those prices any further, just let us know, perhaps we can work something out.
Well America, we really appreciate all you have done for us, its a pity that we will never return the favor. But don't worry, when you have outsourced your last job and sent us the last remaining dollar, and its time to put America to bed, we'll be there to turn the light out for you. Sleep tight.
Yours truly,
Red China
The above was written with the intent to have every American stop and think before making any purchase. Please check the label and buy American. Buying American made products helps us all.

My comment here is Amen. (meaning completely and utterly true) thing is by the time you over there will have seen this it will be too late. Communism is an unruly dangerous evil, a malignant cancer, a deadly poison, a tsunami...etc and like death itself creeps up on you till at its very door is when you see it, its Too late then and what of your children, not only are you pathetically greedy you are altogether a people most selfish and destructive.A bunch of complainers blaming everyone else but yourselves "do as I say not as I do" seems most appropriate.

I have found that many of the so-called "businesses" you reference here were poor business people in the first place. Just as unionized found out, you can't just stomp your feet and demand customers should buy your wares just because you want them too.
Even now today, there are many businesses which are really not businesses in the sense they fill an unmet need in the marketplace. In fact, they are like yourself, wondering aloud what happened and why aren't people doing, in their opinion, the right thing.
Also, in terms of price, I think we have all been to the Costco's and Wal-Marts and Targets and see that the stuff isn't free. And really, it's not that much less than other US made stuff.
However, there is alot US made stuff that is too expensive for no other reason than excessive subsidy of the labor of those people.
